3rd January
If the New Year’s meant to be for trying new things, Gymbox has definitely got you covered. Our first batch of unique classes for 2020 drop on Monday and you’ll never have seen anything like these before. Whether we’re putting science to the test or (reeeeeally) enjoying some new equipment, we like to keep our classes on the cutting edge. But never without having a bit of a laugh on the way…
Laughing Therapy
Between dark mornings, back to work blues and being in the red, the new year can leave you wondering whether to laugh or cry. How about we make that decision for you? Try a class that helps you sack off the S.A.D. by happily howling your way to an endorphin high. Through breathing exercises, movement and a whole load of lol, it’s the not-so-serious workout you never knew you needed.

Targeting all the sweet spots where cell-regenerating mitochondria can be found, this is the kettlebell-powered programme that rolls back the clock to a more youthful you… one press, snatch and swing at a time.
